While at Hamilton Centre for Civic Inclusion, I led the launch of Hamilton's first and only diversity recognition program. Today, I’m guiding the reopening of Hamilton’s Anti-Racism Resource Centre.

My main focus is on transforming organizational cultures to one that is inclusive and welcoming.
